A New Chapter for a Passionate Advocate

Fight Club is proud to announce Tiffany Whitney as our new Vice President of Mission Development. Tiffany’s journey to this role has been shaped by deep personal loss and an unwavering passion to make a difference. Her story is one of courage, compassion, and commitment to helping young people find the support they need — when they need it most.

Honoring Ryan’s Legacy

Tiffany’s greatest inspiration comes from her son, Ryan, whose memory continues to guide her every day. Through her grief, she has discovered a profound purpose: to ensure that no teen feels alone in their struggles. “If we had found Fight Club sooner,” Tiffany reflects, “I truly believe it could have made a difference in Ryan’s life.” Now, she is determined to turn that pain into purpose by spreading Fight Club’s mission far and wide.

Expanding the Mission for All Teens

In her new role, Tiffany is devoted to expanding Fight Club’s mission to include all teens — boys and girls alike — as well as the families who support them. She has learned through her work with Fight Club that there are countless resources available to families facing a mental health crisis — but too often, people simply don’t know where to find them. “I wish I had known about these resources when Ryan needed help,” Tiffany says. “That’s one of my top priorities now — making sure every family knows where to turn in a time of need.”

Her goal is not only to connect teens through the Fight Club community, but also to guide parents and caregivers toward the support and education that can make all the difference. She envisions Fight Club as a bridge — one that connects youth and families alike with the tools, hope, and relationships they need to heal and grow stronger together.

A Voice for Connection and Healing

Tiffany has already become one of Fight Club’s most passionate advocates, speaking openly about the power of community and the healing that comes from shared purpose. Her authenticity and empathy resonate deeply with teens and parents alike, as she encourages open conversations about mental health, grief, and hope. She brings both heart and leadership to her mission, embodying the spirit of Fight Club in every way.

In addition to her leadership role, Tiffany also serves as a guest speaker, sharing Ryan’s story and the mission of Fight Club with teens, parents, and community groups. Her courage in telling her family’s story continues to touch hearts and spark meaningful conversations.

Looking Ahead with Hope

As VP of Mission Development, Tiffany is excited for the opportunity to honor Ryan’s legacy by expanding Fight Club’s impact across communities nationwide. Her story reminds us that out of grief can come grace, and from loss can grow lasting change. Through her leadership, Fight Club will continue to build bridges of understanding — helping every teen find connection, strength, and purpose.

As she steps into this new chapter, Tiffany is driven by a deep desire to honor Ryan’s legacy and to make sure every teen and every family knows they’re not alone. She believes there’s real healing in connection and in knowing where to turn when life gets hard. Through her work with Fight Club, she hopes to keep spreading Ryan’s light — helping others find strength, support, and hope, even in the darkest moments.
